Mr. Jho Low is a global investor and philanthropist who encourages market access and advances human progress through capital and social investments across a diverse range of projects. He is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer for Jynwel Capital Limited, an international investment and advisory firm based in Hong Kong. Mr. Low oversees both the operations and investment strategy for the firm and cultivates lifelong partnerships with significant investors in Asia and the Middle East, such as leading sovereign wealth funds, major international investment companies and large family enterprises.
Mr. Low has led and invested in numerous mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and financings, cross-border transactions, leveraged buyouts, and other investment projects of various sizes and complexity across a variety of sectors, including media and entertainment, consumer and retail, energy and resources, real estate and hospitality, precious metals, commodities, and infrastructure.
Mr. Low is a director of Jynwel Charitable Foundation Limited ("the Foundation"), a charitable institution committed to funding breakthrough programs that scale and accelerate advancements in public health, environmental & wildlife conservation, and education in every corner of the world. The Foundation provides substantial, long-term grants towards global efforts at cancer and research, environmental & wildlife preservation, and education, building on the multi-generational legacy of the Low family's philanthropy.
Mr. Low has served on the board and as an advisor of a number of listed, private and sovereign wealth funded companies. Mr. Low is currently a member of the board of the Viceroy Hotel Group and The Electrum Group, and he is also an alternate director of Lilestone Limited (“Myla”). Additionally, Mr. Low is Non-executive Chairman, Asia, for EMI Music Publishing, also serving as a member of its advisory board.
Through the Foundation, he is a member of The Anderson Assembly and the Board of Visitors of The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, and he serves on the Board of Directors of Panthera, the world’s leading wild cat conservation organization. Mr. Low maintains an active role with National Geographic as a member of its International Council of Advisors and the Advisory Board of National Geographic’s Pristine Seas project. Additionally, he is a member of The Trust, a distinguished society recognizing philanthropic leaders who support Children's National Health System in Washington, D.C. Recently, Mr. Low joined the Honorary Board of Directors of Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation.
In 2014, Mr. Low received the International Entrepreneur of the Year Award from the Houston Asian Chamber of Commerce for his approach to sustainable investing and disruptive philanthropy. He was presented with the Angel Gabrielle Award from Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation in recognition of his dedication and contribution to eradicating cancer at the 2014 Angel Ball.
Mr. Low graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Szen Low is the co-founder and Group Managing Director of Jynwel Capital. Mr. Low has extensive experience working within the investment banking and investment sectors. Mr. Low has provided strategic, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and financing counsel to major corporations, real estate companies, private equity firms and high net worth individuals.
Prior to joining Jynwel Capital, he led the international business and investments for a large private family investment arm, where he was instrumental in completing numerous complex, cross-border transactions in real estate, hospitality, consumer, media, resources and other industries.
Mr. Low previously held roles at Citigroup’s Global Special Situations Group and Goldman Sachs' Principal Investment Area, where he was involved in numerous highly successful private equity investments in Asia, notably in China. He also worked in Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking Division in London. Mr. Low is a member of the board of the Viceroy Hotel Group, a director of Lilestone Limited (Myla), and is also a member of the advisory board of EMI Music Publishing.

Mr. Low graduated with a Masters and BA (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
Ker Ann Gan is Managing Director of the Investment Division at Jynwel Capital. Mr. Gan has more than 10 years of investment banking experience. He has provided strategic advice and investment banking services on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital raising, financing transactions and buyouts for major corporations and private equity firms across the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to joining Jynwel Capital, Mr. Gan was Head of Metals & Mining of the Energy & Resources Group for RBS (Asia), where he established a leading metals and mining investment banking business, advising some of the largest energy and resources companies in Asia. He has also held roles in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Restructuring Advisory teams of Deutsche Bank and ING Bank in Asia-Pacific.
Mr. Gan graduated with a BA (first-class honours) in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
Prior to joining Jynwel Capital, Flora Huang worked in private practice in Hong Kong with international law firms focusing on capital market transactions, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and securities law. Ms. Huang has experience working on transactions for issuers operating in a wide variety of industries, including oil and gas, natural resources, real estate, healthcare, life science and pharmaceuticals, media and advertising, retail, food and beverage, manufacturing, consumer electronics, and packaging. Before relocating to Hong Kong in 2002, Ms. Huang worked in private practice in Palo Alto and Taiwan.
Ms. Huang has a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia University School of Law, a Master of Laws degree from the University of Chicago Law School, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from National Taiwan University.
